Delivered when said they would. The product was okay quality, not brilliant, but acceptable. It doesn't look expensive, but then again it wasn't, so the saying you get what you pay for applies here. The headboard is quite low so if your looking for a feature headboard this bed isn't the one. All in all it's and okay bed and Ammar Ahmed (Support Team) from the company customer service was exceptional.

Great communication both through email and by phone, unfortunately I had to cancel an order and although they were disappointed and tried their best for me to go ahead with my order, they promptly reimbursed my deposit, my only gripe was that they don't issue an online receipt with an order number, if they had have sent me a receipt I would've awarded them five stars
