I subscribed to this wallet one week ago. Sent a all the docs then I got an email saying that the provided document doesn't fulfill the standards of JETON.So, you have to be a genius to know all the standards of the world in order to decrypt their message. Or you just lose some time and contact their support chat. During the day they are fast but DO NOT think to say something critical.... no no no... You immediately get a message that shows your place.Then, after the decription of the message, uploaded another doc and waiting for verification. They clearly say "verification within 24". Yes, 24 years probably.I contacted the support this morning asking why still inactive. The told me to wait their email.Not a single mail from them except the 2 factor authentication.Then, now, during the night, I thought to ask again the support.Surprise....It is 47 minutes that I am waiting for somebody to answer. Que position: 1.... from at least 40 minutesThink that, after I sent the chat request... I waited... I waited... waited... 10 minutes. Then I thought to check the reviews. Search o google.. and read at least 20 reviews. Obviously the 5 stars ones are clearly paid reviews. They clearly list a series of wonderful features of jeton.Then I had all the time to write this review and sill "Queue position:1"I think that their "24 h support" means that you have to wait 24 hours to get the support.Guys... a financial entity with this "support"?? Stay -away. Think if you have a problem and they don't answerNo thanks

"3 weeks since requesting withdrawal and nothing yet"
I withdrew money from an online casino to Jeton. I provided the personal identification documents they requested and was verified. I added my bank account to be able to withdraw my money. Went to withdraw and, after processing for the day, they canceled it with a note saying invalid account number. I'm trying to withdraw to a Canadian account and I know that sometimes routing and account number formatting is different so I try a different format and request my withdrawal again. This time it goes through and says it is approved. Great, site says I should see it in my account in 0-48 hours. A week goes by and nothing is there so I try the live chat. Agent says it hasn't processed because they don't have proof the bank account belongs to me (keep in mind that throughout the entire verification process, I'm not asked for this at all) but this is fine, pretty standard stuff. I ask the agent "is there anything else that I need to do or send" she says no. So I send an email with my proof of banking and ask them to process my withdrawal. Next day I get an email saying that my account information is invalid (keep in mind that the first time I entered my account info, they wouldn't even approve it before canceling but after I change the formatting, it's labeled as approved". I don't know for sure if is totally a scam or not but despite being quick to answer their live chat, they don't seem the slightest bit interested in helping me withdraw my funds. Kinda seems like they just wait for people to give up. At this time, it has been at least three weeks since my first withdrawal request.If anything changes, I'll try to update this post.

Widrawal is not so easy,waiting for approval to widrawal money at Ledger keyx to Jeton visa card , I wait 2 days and still not get approved widrawal, who knows if I even can get my money. Custom service is unfriend, only to get answers I get ,you need wait.

Worst experience, I wish I should have never joined Jeton Account never gets verified.I made a deposit of 1000 INR and I cannot see balance updating and there is no way you can contact customer support.Absolute pathetic service, please beware they are absolute fraud. My 1000 went, I hope you will save yours.

"A customer in the dark"
I have been using Jeton for several years, and for the most part, it has been a pleasant experience with few troubles. The thing is though, you never really know what what a company is made of until there is an issue. Sadly, I am finding out that the customer service at Jeton is not so great. There has been a delay with a withdrawal request I made, and I keep getting hit with contradicting advice, which is ridiculously frustrating. Two days ago, I was informed that the withdrawal was scheduled for approval on that day. When that never eventuated, I received no explanation. Instead, the customer service agents' best advice was to be patient. Now, I am being told that the problem is out of the hands of the agents and in the hands of the finance department (who I cannot speak to), so there is nothing anyone can do except wait patiently. Jeton advertise on their website that withdrawals will be approved within 12-24 hours. I am now in the 5th business day and still waiting (transaction 48412704). The is especially frustrating because I have made other, smaller withdrawals in the last month which were in my account within 48 hours, so of course, I was expecting the same level of service with this withdrawal request. For that service to not be provided, and for no explanation to be offered, the frustration is compounding. As a result, I am expecting more from the customer service agents than, 'It is out of our hands' and 'Be patient.' I remember a day when customer service agents were required to give straight answers, clear explanations, and timeframes that were promptly met. It seems like those days are gone at Jeton, where the agents are trained to be vague and noncommittal. On the occasion where they do commit, there is no need to actually meet those commitments or explain why commitments were not met. I am completely in the dark on this withdrawal, and as a customer with a sizable withdrawal sitting in limbo, this is not a comfortable place to be.UpdateAfter one week of waiting and bit of pestering Jeton for an update that was more detailed than, 'Customer, please be patient', Jeton suddenly cancelled my withdrawal and offered no reason. After asking for more detail, they said that there was a technical issue at their end and that bank withdrawals were no longer available in Japan. They told me that my only withdrawal options were to purchase Jeton vouchers or a crypto withdrawal. As I do not have a use for Jeton vouchers and as I do not have a crypto account, I am up the creek. Well, actually, they sent me another email that send the withdrawal option is not available for now and that I should try back later. When is later? Jeton customer support are so vague that you will never actually have a clear picture.

I have many leftovers on my jeton cash vouchers they know it by email that's the reason my Ledger keyx don't get verified like many other users they just say that documents are not good enough or don't fit their standard dont use it scammers liers criminals

JETON WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT, TAKE YOUR FUNDS, AND BAN YOU FROM USING THEIR SERVICES!!!Being a "licensed financial institution", you'd think they'd have some kind of accountability and should definitely be required to explain a seizure of funds, but nope.. They'll just say you violated their terms of service but never tell you which rule you allegedly broke (likely because none were broken in the first place).Stay far away from these con artists. There are better e-wallets out there.Update: Feb 13/24Received an email from Trust Pilot stating that Jeton would like more details from me before replying to my review. If I don't provide my details, my review may (will) be taken down. So NOW they want to speak? Where was this kind of response when I was the one asking for details? I asked to know specifically which rule in their terms of service that I had broken to warrant an account closure AND forfeiture of my funds. Their response was something along these lines:"After review of your account we find that you have breached our ToS. As a result, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to use our services. We appreciate your understanding in this matter."They even provided a link to their entire ToS but would NOT state which specific rule I had apparently broken. I responded again asking which term I had broken, but received silence from them after that. I ask you this: Why should I respond to them now? I lost almost $500 because of their shenanigans, as I was unable to withdraw funds from a casino because Jeton closed my account.
