"I have been trying to collect my reward"

I have been trying to collect my reward since June 2, 2025 and I heard back from support. I have created the support ticket and sent emails, including chat messages but I can't get a response.

"Dont do their job"

Wonderful customer support. I just don't like having to contact customer support everytime I complete a task to get my rewards. Other than that, thanks for the support

"Frustrated"

update Yes they did give me one reward for passing level 200... but I opened another support ticket and was not given a new number for it. They say it has been resolved but I still haven't received my reward for passing level 300.Have contacted support 3 times and still have not received the reward but have been told that it has been reviewed and should receive it. I have closed the app and restarted it several times over several days and still no reward!

Support was useless. Just automated responses and don't do any investigations. Claims you didn't follow the process when you do.

"You gave me the credit"

You gave me the credit that was required. I do have two comments First, you didn't fix the underlying problem. The connections between the two games was never fixed, so in order to continue receiving the promised credit, I have to keep contacting support.Second, the support software assumes that the customer is required to make a purchase to get credit. You ask a yesno question, but there is a 3rd option in many cases where no purchase is required.
