"Nottingham optical express"

Nottingham optical express were very accommodating to me, epically since I had a slim time frame. They were able to treat me only one week after my first consultation and now one day post op my vision is already perfect and I am able to start living life as normal.

"Lack of communication"

Lack of communication is the reason I have scored 3 stars. My experience, taken in for the lens replacement 3 hours after appointment time, with no communication regarding the delay. This caused some nerves apprehension and irritation between the waiting patients.Happy with final results though.

I am really pleased with my glasses and sunglasses. I was asked to have them fitted and they made sure everything was perfect before I left. This was at St Enoch branch.

This is life changing to me ok ye it's expensive but they offer you a pay mouthy plan which there for changed my life and I can do the job I love Thank you to Victoria and Scott and surgeon Dc kiss for helping me through the surgery and makeing me very comfortable I would strongly recommend lacer eye surgery

"Excellent service at Derby"

I was a very nervous patient.. but I am really happy I had lens replacement surgery. I was nervous just going for the assessment, but straight away I was put at ease by the friendliness and kindness of the staff at the Derby branch. Swati was so so kind and talked everything through with me and it all felt very thorough and efficient. Also Hayley, Ana and Sohail gave excellent customer service and Hayley gave me lots of reassurance explaining the procedure to me as well in detail, which really helped me. The Nottingham branch where I had the procedure done was really good. The nurses were really nice and on my surgery day it was reassuring to see Sohail and Hayley there too, which made me less nervous! The surgeon was excellent and I was asked to choose which music I would like in for the surgery, which I thought was really considerate. After care is also really good at the Derby branch, nothing is too much trouble and they were really happy to help in anyway answering lots of questions! I am really pleased with the results and will miss going into the Derby branch for my appointments!
